The regular meeting of The Mozarkite Society of Lincoln, Inc was held Tuesday, August 26th, 2008 at the First Christian Church, 200 S Limit, Sedalia MO 65301.

Our President, Larry Twenter called the meeting to order at 7:06 pm. There were eleven members present..

Jackie Logan read the minutes for July and they were approved as read.

Joyce Grinstead reported a balance on hand, as of August 25th, 2008 of 1,380.08. The Treasurer's report was approved as read.

Old Business:

• Joyce Grinstead reported on the difference in the cost of advertising. A motion was made to advertise in all 6 counties in the plainsman and the local papers. It was seconded and passed.

A motion was made, passed and carried to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
