The regular meeting of The Mozarkite Society of Lincoln, Inc was held Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at the First Christian Church, 200 S Limit, Sedalia MO 65301.

Our President, Larry Twenter called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm. There were twelve members and three guest present.

Jackie Logan read the minutes for November and they were approved as read.

Joyce Grinstead reported a balance on hand, as of February 25, 2008 of 1,503.93. The Treasurer's report was approved as read.

Joyce Grinstead made a motion to make the First Christian Church, 200 S Limit, Sedalia MO 65301 our regular meeting place. Jean Eckstein seconded it. Motion carried. This is always the last Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm. Unless otherwise stated.

We are still discussing ideas for the display case at the Lincoln High School. All suggestions are welcome.

The third week-end in September is our annual show, Linville Harms will confirm park reservations. Larry Grinstead will check with the Knights of Columbus for their availability at the show.

Colleen Johnson typed up ads for the Lapidary Journal and Rock & Gem to advertise the dates of this years Rock Swap. Jackie Logan has mailed them.

A motion was made, passed and carried to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
